About

I’m Olivia, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LIC# LG61495113) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) provider based in Seattle. I specialize in supporting individuals through the often tender, complex transitions of conception, pregnancy, and the postpartum period. I also work with adults navigating a wide range of life changes—whether you’re entering or ending a relationship, shifting careers, moving through loss, or simply feeling unmoored by a season of change. Whatever transition brings you here, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space to explore your experience and reconnect with what feels true and steady within you.

With a background as a birth and postpartum doula, I bring a deep, embodied understanding of the emotional and psychological needs that arise during the perinatal period. My PMH-C certification reflects advanced training in perinatal mental health, and I’m passionate about supporting clients from all walks of life—whether you’re seeking pregnancy and postpartum counseling, fertility support, or simply space to process the uncertainty that comes with change.

My own long-term therapy journey inspired me to enter this field. I know firsthand how sitting with discomfort and uncertainty can lead to profound healing and growth. This personal experience, combined with my clinical training and perinatal specialization, allows me to meet each client with empathy, sensitivity, and respect for their unique story and cultural background.

Clients often come to me seeking support for postpartum adjustment, pregnancy-related anxiety, shifting roles and identities, or the emotional weight of major life transitions. I see clients virtually throughout Seattle and the surrounding areas. Together, we focus on tapping into your inherent resilience, building confidence, and creating meaningful change—whether that means healing old wounds, shifting relationship patterns, or moving into a new chapter with greater clarity and self-trust.

Whether you're preparing to become a parent or seeking steadiness in the midst of a life shift, I offer space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and care.
