Building Trust, Empowering Growth

Research shows that the success of therapy hinges significantly on the relationship between therapist and client. For therapy to be effective, you need to feel truly heard, seen, and safe. With that in mind, I prioritize creating a warm, non-judgmental, and relational space where you can bring your full self into the room. Whether you're navigating the perinatal period or another major life transition, our work begins with trust.

In our initial sessions, I’ll invite you to share what brings you in and what matters most to you. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply, and reflect what I hear so we can begin to understand your circumstances, strengths, and hopes. This process helps shape a collaborative, personalized approach to therapy that supports your specific needs.

As an integrative therapist, I draw from Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and trauma-informed care. I also incorporate mindfulness and somatic practices to help strengthen the connection between mind, body, and nervous system—especially valuable during times of stress, identity shifts, or emotional overwhelm. These tools are particularly helpful in pregnancy, postpartum, and other transitions that affect your sense of self and belonging.

My approach is LGBTQIA+ affirming, rooted in cultural humility, and shaped by a commitment to social justice. I hold deep respect for the many ways identities, histories, and relationships impact how we move through the world and seek support.

Whether you're navigating life transitions, seeking personal growth, or facing the challenges of pregnancy or parenthood, my goal is to empower you to reach your fullest potential in a compassionate and inclusive space.

Let’s work together to build a foundation of trust and create a path toward your well-being and growth.
